Powell New Table... ? Nov 2

It is new for me that I see something like a table ? on the sidewalk. Not sure if it was necessary for city to spend money on the table though... And some exterior of stores looked all newly re-painted since I saw last time. 

以前にはなかったテーブルのような、もたれる用の台のようなものがあった。歩道には人通りが多いし、この台を作るのに資金を割かなくてはいけないのか少し疑問だったが。。

今改めて見ると、建物や店の外観も白で統一されてキレイになっていた。一つ一つの店をチェック出来ていなかったのが残念！
